This is to share the attached Diplomatic Note No. 23-0285 from the US Embassy informing of the upcoming opportunities for the class of 2028 at the US Military Academy (USMA), US Naval Academy (USNA), US Air Force Academy (USAFA), US Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA), and the US Coast Guard Academy (USCGA). As stated in the Note, the US has reserved slots for the FSM at all service academies listed above.

For your information and reference, I share the attached Diplomatic Note from the Embassy of New Zealand in Honolulu informing that the applications for the New Zealand funded Public Sector Leadership course are about to open and to be closed on 27 October 2023. The Embassy is also advising that this is a fully funded two weeks continuous residential course which will be held in Auckland, New Zealand. Please refer to the attachment for further details regarding the program overview.
