Administrative and Support Services & Grants Management Officer
Formerly administrative Officer, this position is expanded to oversee secretarial and fiscal functions within the Department. It is responsible for coordinating budget development, integrated plans and quarterly reports. Initiating recruitment of employees and coordinating screening process for hiring. Reviews and records independent or personal contracts initiated by the Department. This office evaluates the performance of Executive Secretary, Fiscal Specialist, Administrative Specialist, and office Secretary.
