The FSM Development Bank offers scholarships to aspiring students pursuing a graduate degree in the field of Accounting, Banking, Business, Computer Information System, Economics, Finance and other related fields of study. Successful applicants must be citizens of the FSM, full-time students at any accredited college or university, and maintain at least a Cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above. Priority is given to students in the fields of studies listed above at the graduate degree-level and above. However, undergraduate students may be considered.
